Mim Cashew and Agricultural Products, Ltd. (MCAP) is located just outside Mim town, in the Brong Ahafo region in Mid-Western Ghana. The Mim population consists of roughly 22,000 people, whereof MCAP, Ltd. at present employs over 600 people.

MCAP, Ltd. produces high quality cashew nut kernels, grown and processed in Mim, Ghana. The company was established in March 2008.
